1,330 Square Feet of Fun and Function
Our model unit features more than 1,300 square feet of usable space. Every unit starts as a blank slate to fill with the people and belongings you cherish most. In our model, we’ve created a functional main level with a meeting area, bathroom, and a car lift. The mezzanine features a home theater, kitchenette, and fireplace. In total, it has 1,330 square feet of functional space.
A Functional Main Level
Step through the 16-foot garage door and onto the polished concrete floors of our model unit’s main level. Spot the car lift that makes working on your pride and joy a breeze. Grab a bottle of wine and a cigar from the wine cellar and humidor built under the stairs. Catch up on your e-mails in the meeting area and take a shower before heading home after working on your car.
The main level features a sharp color scheme, rich wood tones, and modern lighting you control with an app. It’s the perfect place to work on your hobbies.
A Mezzanine for Entertaining
The mezzanine of our model unit is the perfect place to host your family and friends. The generous space is ideal for birthdays, graduation parties, and other social gatherings. Warm up by the fireplace and enjoy a meal at the bar in the kitchenette. Then, settle in for a movie or two at the home theater. Use the lighting app to lower the movie screen from the ceiling and enjoy the show in surround sound.
